From her Gulf Island studio "Isla Verde", Lillian produces dreamy landscapes infused with warmth, rich colour and joyous optimism. Mono prints, acrylic, watercolour and pastel paintings reflect Lil's concern for the environment, delight in the Canadian landscape and fascination with other cultures. The stormy Pacific Northwest, majestic Rockies, sunny Italian plazas, Caribbean and South Pacific beaches, and Mexican markets inspire her impressionist works. Lillian's art is found in collections locally, Victoria and Vancouver, B.C. and further afield in Alberta, Ontario and the United Stated and England.
