COMING
TO OUR SENSES is a workshop for a small group to take part in
sequential art encounters, supported by Aikido skills, and the
Sufi practice of Remembrance. By learning to blend body, mind,
and spirit, we can perceive with the whole self, instead of merely
thinking we perceive. With hands-on practice, this process becomes
energizing and natural, like a breath of fresh air.
