Marie Armstrong

Marie has been painting birds for over 50 years. She is a bird watcher as much as a bird painter. Her birds have life and inner action within the painting and with the viewer as well. Watercolour is her preferred medium. She also paints animals and some local scenes. She works everyday in her Port Washington studio, which she shares with her husband marine painter Malcolm.
